Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement global compensation programs, policies, training, and tools with enterprise impact
- Act as a subject matter expert and advisor to HR partners and executives, representing compensation externally
- Apply advanced analytics to solve cross-functional HR challenges and inform strategic decisions
- Oversee program and project resources to ensure timely delivery and alignment with objectives
- Develop deep understanding of Agilent’s global job structure, evaluating jobs and designing job families
- Explore integration of AI technologies to reduce manual effort and improve accuracy
- Maintain networks with HR COEs and functional experts to ensure consistent compensation philosophies
- Collaborate with local HR Business Partners to monitor labor markets across 30 countries
- Manage relationships with external consultants and survey partners to stay ahead of market practices
Key requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in relevant field; master’s/MBA preferred
- 10+ years of compensation experience with enterprise impact
- Strong knowledge of global compensation trends, regulations, and best practices
- Proven ability to design and implement company-wide compensation programs
- Experience directing projects or programs and leading cross-disciplinary teams
- Excellent organizational, project management, and communication skills with executive audiences
- Extensive experience consulting with senior leadership on complex topics
- Ability to solve highly complex cross-functional challenges with innovative solutions
- Experience with Workday systems and configuration (preferred)
