In this role you will manage and optimize a portfolio of SaaS applications within ESM, Collaboration and AI to enable global operations. You’ll bridge business needs with IT, ensuring a stable, future-ready application landscape while leading continual improvement. You’ll collaborate in a small global team to support implementations, releases and lifecycle management, driving impact across offices and production facilities.

Responsibilities

  • Functional management and optimisation of core SaaS apps
  • Resolving incidents and providing end-user support
  • Analyzing business needs and translating into requirements and user stories
  • Managing stakeholders across business, IT, and external vendors
  • Onboarding, lifecycle management and continuous improvement of applications
  • Assisting with implementations, releases, testing activities and UAT
  • Coaching and supporting junior/medior colleagues

Key requirements

  • Bachelor (HBO) or equivalent
  • Minimum 8 years’ experience in Functional Application Management
  • Experience with SaaS and cloud-based applications; ITSM experience is a strong advantage
  • Experience with testing, implementations, and application lifecycle management
  • Knowledge of ITIL principles and best practices
  • EU passport or valid work permit for The Netherlands
  • Proficient English and Dutch (spoken and written)
  • Occasional travel
