In this Hands-on Senior Manager role, you will lead and contribute to end-to-end full-stack development across React/React Native and Java/Spring Boot, shaping scalable enterprise solutions. Responsibilities

Lead design and implementation of full-stack features (frontend and backend)
Build and maintain REST and GraphQL APIs using API-first approach
Develop and integrate web and mobile UIs with backend services
Design data models and persistence layers (PostgreSQL)
Implement secure, scalable solutions with OAuth and RBAC
Provide technical leadership, code reviews, and architectural guidance
Mentor engineers, define standards, and participate in sprint planning and delivery
Collaborate with product, design, and architecture to clarify requirements and drive execution
Engage with client stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions
Support delivery through hands-on problem solving and risk awareness

Key requirements

10+ years of software engineering experience
Strong frontend experience with React and/or React Native
Strong backend experience with Java and Spring Boot
Experience with REST and GraphQL APIs
Relational data stores experience (PostgreSQL preferred)
Cloud experience (AWS preferred)
Solid understanding of application security (OAuth, RBAC)
Proven leadership while remaining hands-on
Experience in enterprise delivery environments
Strong problem-solving, debugging, and performance tuning skills
Excellent communication in client-facing settings
