In this Senior FP&A Analyst role, you will partner with the CFO and cross-functional leaders to strengthen planning, forecasting, and decision-support. You translate financial and operational data into actionable insights that drive profitable growth, pricing decisions, and strategic investments. You will own pricing and budgeting processes, build scalable reports, and elevate forecasting practices. This is a high-impact, hands-on role shaping how financial data guides senior leadership decisions.

Responsibilities
- Partner with commercial and operations leaders to influence pricing, sales strategy, margins, cost optimization, and investment cases
- Own the annual pricing cycle end-to-end and steer off-cycle pricing actions as market conditions change
- Develop decision-grade financial models evaluating projects, growth opportunities, and efficiency improvements
- Collaborate with Accounting at month-end to organize performance data and refresh key calculations
- Deliver monthly reporting, variance analyses, and executive-ready commentary
- Modernize reporting with automated, scalable dashboards (Excel, Power BI)
- Lead planning for budgets, forecasts, and long-range plans with scenarios and sensitivity analyses
- Drive continuous improvement of finance systems and processes, supporting ERP upgrades and better data flows
Key requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or related field
- 3-5+ years in FP&A, commercial finance, or analytical finance role
- Advanced Excel skills and complex modeling
- Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
- Experience with ERP systems and large datasets
- Ability to translate financial analysis into business insights
- Manufacturing or industrial products costing, margins, inventory, efficiency experience
- Experience owning or supporting pricing processes
- Experience building dashboards with Power BI or similar tools
- SQL or data query experience
- Familiarity with AI tools to streamline workflows and reporting
- Experience improving financial reporting systems over time
- Exposure to ERP implementations or finance transformation initiatives
