In this role you ensure reliable operation of plant utilities at our East Norriton cell therapy facility, leading engineering work streams on capital projects and maintaining compliance with GxP and non-GxP standards. You will drive audit readiness, change control, and documentation practices, while collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet safety, quality, and reliability goals. You shape the site’s engineering approach across projects and equipment qualifications. This is an opportunity to impact scalable biomanufacturing in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

Lead site capital projects and ensure on-time, on-budget delivery
Create dashboards and collect metrics from utilities consumption and BAS/EMS data for audits and trend analysis
Own Change Control for utility and facility changes; manage actions, deviations, and periodic reviews
Serve as SME on cross-functional teams for utility equipment design, construction, start-up, commissioning and qualification
Maintain engineering documentation and drawings for audit readiness
Troubleshoot site utilities and systems
Lead process improvement initiatives to meet strategic goals
Interact with regulatory agencies during audits and inspections
Review and approve equipment, facility, and utility qualification documentation

Key requirements

Strong technical knowledge of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, building automation, and safety systems
Experience in biotechnology or pharmaceutical facility operations or engineering
