Responsibilities
- Deliver technical development and lifecycle management in cross-functional teams for safe and robust products
- Own device components of an autoinjector and system integration with prefilled syringes into a combination product, including timely technical deliverables and LC/LCM of products
- Support device design development following design control processes and regulatory frameworks
- Ensure components meet quality standards for clinical trials and commercial production
- Support internal and external audits on medical devices and respond to health authority questions
Key requirements
- Bachelor, Master or PhD in Engineering
- 5+ years in medical device and/or combination product development
- Experience in developing plastic and metal components; tolerance analysis, modeling and testing
- Excellent English (written and spoken); German advantageous
- Autonomous, independent working style with interest in device development and lifecycle management projects
- Ability to interact with cross-functional teams in a matrix organization
