In this Senior Account Executive role within Axon's Enterprise team, you will lead early-stage sales to new verticals outside public safety and help shape the enterprise go-to-market. You’ll drive revenue growth, build strategic plans with stakeholders, and foster partnerships with large integrators and Fortune 500 accounts. The role combines direct and indirect selling to expand adoption across retail, healthcare, and other sectors. You’ll join a fast-paced, mission-driven environment where your impact scales across teams.

Responsibilities
- Own and build initial and largest sales with new verticals at Axon
- Manage and grow revenue and market share to meet strategic objectives
- Develop business plans with internal and external stakeholders to drive adoption
- Execute sales training and provide marketing support
- Develop and maintain client and partner relationships to drive revenue growth
Key requirements
- 7+ years in sales and/or channel for a technology company (software/SaaS/cloud)
- Track record of sales and channel success
- Experience with executive-level engagements and communication
- Experience with large VARs and Systems Integrators
- Startup experience preferred
- Open to travel 50%
