Responsibilities

Lead and coach distributed engineering teams within the Connectivity domain
Own the technical roadmap with a balance of tactical delivery and long-term strategy
Oversee the full lifecycle of the connector portfolio and scale successful approaches
Drive operational excellence to boost throughput without compromising quality
Provide technical guidance for architectural decisions and problem solving
Identify opportunities to integrate AI/LLMs into connectivity workflows to improve efficiency

Key requirements

Proven track record as a Senior Engineering Manager or experienced EM leading agile teams
Ability to independently drive topics and own domain outcomes
Hands-on software engineering background (ideally Python) with APIs, data pipelines, and ETL experience
Solid understanding of AI landscape and hands-on experience with AI-assisted workflows or tooling
Ability to switch between high-level planning and tactical execution
