In this role you translate business needs into robust test deliverables, building and maintaining automated test processes across development lifecycles. You lead test automation strategy, design, and execution to improve quality, maintainability, and performance of test code. You will influence quality standards and enable continuous delivery through cross-functional collaboration and practice leadership. Responsibilities

Design and maintain automation systems and tools to improve testing efficiency and coverage
Provide practice leadership by training peers, contributing to quality standards, and managing defect processes
Ensure requirements and user stories are testable and provide input to test activities and estimates
Coordinate with development and operations teams to uphold testing practices and quality thresholds
Contribute to other duties/projects as assigned by management

Key requirements

Bachelor's or Advanced degree with relevant experience (required)
4–7 years professional experience with 3+ development languages
4–7 years professional experience with 3+ automation tools
4–7 years experience with testing methodologies (e.g., TDD, BDD)
4–7 years experience with CA Service Virtualization or equivalent
4–7 years experience with issue-tracking software and Agile project management
4–7 years experience designing/developing applications on Unix/Windows/mobile/multi-tier environments
