Responsibilities
- Leading electrical design and project delivery from concept through construction
- Managing client relationships and acting as a key point of contact
- Mentoring and developing junior engineers
- Overseeing project schedules, budgets, and financial performance
- Supporting business development efforts and helping grow existing accounts
- Coordinating with multidisciplinary design teams on complex projects
Key requirements
- PE license preferred
- 7+ years of electrical consulting engineering experience
- Strong New York City project experience
- Experience leading projects and mentoring junior engineers
- Client-facing experience and strong communication skills
- Background with an MEP consulting engineering firm
- Experience across commercial, residential, healthcare, higher education, government, or public sector projects
