Responsibilities

Lead the global RD&E organization (+55 FTEs) and set the technology direction to support growth and competitiveness
Drive next-generation solutions focusing on decarbonization, energy efficiency, and sustainability in industrial refrigeration
Build cross-functional partnerships with Product Management, Technical Support, Supply Chain, Procurement, Quality, Business Development, and sales
Ensure effective prioritization and resource allocation with clear interfaces and collaboration to maximize return on innovation and business impact

Key requirements

Master's degree or PhD in Engineering (or related technical field) with extensive RD&E leadership experience in industrial/project-based environments
Proven track record leading global RD&E organizations and delivering complex product development programs from concept to launch
Experience in Industrial Applications; background in industrial refrigeration technologies is a plus
Strong capability to shape technology strategy and improve engineering performance and execution
Proven leadership to develop people, build high-performing teams, and drive cross-functional collaboration
