As Senior Director of Product Development, you will lead the Global Payroll product team to transform client and internal user experiences. You will shape the Product Vision with leadership and drive scalable, intelligent solutions across a global payroll platform. You will champion automation, integrations, and cross-functional collaboration to boost productivity and client satisfaction. This role offers influence over a fast-growing, multi-country payroll business and the chance to lead a diverse, high-impact team. You will help shape the future of ADP’s payroll capabilities through transformational product leadership.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with Product and Business leadership to transform client and internal user experiences
Define and execute the Product Vision with product management, strategy, business, and client stakeholders
Design and build scalable, growth-oriented solutions for the payroll platform
Drive automation and convergence across Global Payroll products to maximize productivity and client satisfaction
Enable modern, frictionless integrations across systems and partners
Thrive in a distributed environment with teams across multiple time zones
Build strong relationships with peers and stakeholders to influence outcomes
Coach and lead team members, set priorities, and maintain organizational pulse

Key requirements

10+ years of management/leadership experience in customer-facing software development
15-year track record of delivering software applications as a contributor, team leader, or architect
Experience managing large, global teams with diverse technical backgrounds
Strong problem-solving skills and experience building integrations across large platforms
Experience leading mission-critical SaaS and cloud-based applications
Full stack development experience with modern technologies and frameworks
Experience with RESTful services and API design
Proficiency in test automation, DevOps practices, CI/CD, and containerization
Strong agile leadership and scaling practices for large enterprises
Hands-on willingness to dive into technical issues
Experience delivering software in public and hybrid clouds
Interest in applying AI to accelerate innovation
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
