In this role you will lead and scale EMEIA operations to ensure consistent execution of the global operating model across Europe, the Middle East, India and Africa. You will partner with senior leadership to modernize operating models, drive efficiency, and deliver a best-in-class customer experience. The position combines operational management with a strong transformation mandate, translating global strategy into regional action and measurable outcomes. You will report to the Global VP Operations and help shape the future operating model of a global logistics leader.

Responsibilities

Lead and scale EMEIA operations with consistent global operating model execution across multiple countries
Drive transformation initiatives focused on efficiency, quality, standardization, and continuous improvement
Align regional capabilities with company strategy and translate objectives into priorities and plans
Establish and monitor regional KPIs and ensure accountability for performance
Leverage analytics, automation, and technology to improve outcomes
Lead cross-functional initiatives with effective change management and stakeholder alignment
Foster collaboration between regional and global teams to maintain a unified approach
Oversee readiness to support growth, transformation, and change
Provide leadership insight and progress updates on regional performance and transformation to global leadership

Key requirements

Minimum 10 years of leadership experience in operations in a multi-country logistics environment
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university
Proven track record of leading large-scale operational transformation and change initiatives
Strong ability to translate strategy into execution
Excellent communication and influencing skills with senior leadership
Willingness and ability to travel across EMEIA as required
