In this role, you will lead Nutanix’s EMEA Subscription Account Management, shaping the renewals and adoption agenda for a high-performance team. You’ll drive scalable processes and a best-in-class customer experience, collaborating with Sales, Product, and Marketing to optimize segmentation and programs. Your leadership will accelerate subscription renewals and customer value across EMEA, with a strong emphasis on metrics-driven results and cross-functional impact. This hybrid Barcelona-based role offers a strategic opportunity to influence growth and customer success at scale.
Responsibilities
- Lead the EMEA Subscription Account Management team to foster excellence and collaboration
- Develop and implement scalable strategies that boost product adoption and renewal efficiency
- Exceed annual metrics for adoption, renewals, and customer satisfaction
- Recruit, coach, and retain top talent in a metrics-driven environment
- Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Marketing to refine customer segmentation and programs
- Set actionable KPIs, provide regular forecasts, and align with strategic objectives
- Solicit and integrate customer feedback to improve service delivery and product offerings
- Define first-year goals to boost retention and growth in renewals across EMEA
Key requirements
- 10+ years of experience leading large customer success or account management teams across EMEA
- 5+ years in customer-facing roles (Account Management, Customer Success, or Systems Engineering)
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding KPIs and business goals
- Strong knowledge of Data Center technologies, especially hyper-converged infrastructure
- Exceptional people management and talent development
- Proficiency in managing metrics-driven, process-oriented teams
- Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills in English (Spanish a plus)
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams including Sales, Product, and Marketing
