Responsibilities

Lead HUB and patient access operations across enterprise clients
Translate contracts, SLAs, and program requirements into scalable workflows
Own SLA performance, SOWs, renewals, compliance, revenue, and margin
Drive cross-functional execution across pharmacy, technology, product, implementation, and analytics
Establish executive reporting, governance, and continuous improvement initiatives

Key requirements

Bachelor in Business, Healthcare Administration, or related field
Deep expertise in HUB services, patient access, specialty pharmacy, or healthcare operations
Executive-level client relationship skills
Strong SOW, SLA, financial, and analytical capabilities
Proven ability to scale complex operations and influence cross-functional teams
