As Senior Director of Demand Generation, you drive cross-channel growth for Experian's Insurance Services. You lead channel experimentation, optimization, and scalable growth programs, partnering with analytics and product teams to convert insights into action. You’ll guide a large marketing portfolio, set budget and pacing standards, and enable teams to scale successful pilots. This role blends strategic leadership with hands-on optimization to shape our insurance growth trajectory.

Responsibilities
- New Channel & Lead Source Enablement: evaluate pilot channels, design test-and-learn frameworks, build pilot plans and enablement materials
- Channel Execution Support: manage multiple channels and partners, improve execution standards, determine budget pacing, standardize processes
- Analytics, Targeting & Decision Support Enablement: collaborate with analytics to improve targeting and lead scoring, optimize decision systems, forecast demand and scenario planning
- Experimentation & Learning Systems: establish cross-channel experimentation, guide testing of marketing UX, embed pilot insights into execution, synthesize cross-channel insights to prioritize growth investments
Key requirements
- 10+ years of experience in performance marketing or growth
- Experience managing vendor relationships
- Experience launching and scaling new channels
- Knowledge of personal lines insurance industry and competitive landscape
- Demonstrated analytical and project management skills
- Minor travel required
