Responsibilities

Develop and implement the corporate strategic plan focused on high-growth markets and WAMGR improvement
Lead top-down annual strategic planning, market analysis, and growth opportunity identification; manage confidential information with executive stakeholders
Partner with Corporate Portfolio Management to optimize the investment portfolio and resource allocation
Define inorganic growth strategy, including market targets, acquisition criteria, and deal structures
Evaluate mergers, acquisitions, and strategic partnerships; perform financial analysis, modeling, valuation, and integration planning
Collaborate with Business Unit leaders to ensure execution of strategic initiatives across departments
Conduct adjacency analysis to identify new value pools and market adjacencies
Present strategic recommendations and business cases to the executive leadership for decision-making and resource allocation
Perform market research and competitive intelligence to identify trends, threats, and opportunities in MedTech

Key requirements

BS Degree in Engineering or Business; advanced business degree highly preferred
15+ years of experience in the Medical Device Industry
Proven experience in Strategic Marketing, Corporate Strategy, Portfolio Management
Strong leadership across cross-functional and multi-site teams
Proven financial modeling, WAMGR analysis, and strategic evaluation skills
Excellent communication and presentation abilities
Ability to influence cross-functional teams and align with growth goals
Experience in global environments and managing multiple priorities
