Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic partner plans with SI partners and resellers to generate pipeline and revenue
- Drive partner-led sales cycles aligned with sector targets and field teams
- Identify and evangelize solutions leveraging Salesforce's agentic platform for technology transformation
- Maintain executive-level relationships with partner organizations to ensure mutual success
- Ensure partner sales and technical enablement on Salesforce offerings and industry solutions
- Collaborate cross-functionally with field sales, SEs, and industry advisors for cohesive engagement
- Oversee a robust joint partner pipeline with accurate revenue forecasting and acceleration opportunities
- Support successful implementations to increase adoption and renewals
Key requirements
- Proven track record in partner sales or field sales focused on technology transformation
- Strong understanding of the Italian market and key industries
- 15+ years of sales experience (field or partner) with knowledge of partner business models and sales motions
- Experience leading teams through changing environments
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with negotiation ability
- Strong business acumen and analytical skills to articulate complex value propositions
- Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to travel to partner and customer sites
