Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic partner plans with SI partners and resellers to generate pipeline and revenue
  • Drive partner-led sales cycles aligned with sector targets and field teams
  • Identify and evangelize solutions leveraging Salesforce's agentic platform for technology transformation
  • Maintain executive-level relationships with partner organizations to ensure mutual success
  • Ensure partner sales and technical enablement on Salesforce offerings and industry solutions
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with field sales, SEs, and industry advisors for cohesive engagement
  • Oversee a robust joint partner pipeline with accurate revenue forecasting and acceleration opportunities
  • Support successful implementations to increase adoption and renewals

Key requirements

  • Proven track record in partner sales or field sales focused on technology transformation
  • Strong understanding of the Italian market and key industries
  • 15+ years of sales experience (field or partner) with knowledge of partner business models and sales motions
  • Experience leading teams through changing environments
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with negotiation ability
  • Strong business acumen and analytical skills to articulate complex value propositions
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment
  • Willingness to travel to partner and customer sites
