As Senior Dentist at SCF you will deliver comprehensive dental care and lead clinical excellence within the Nuka System of Care. You will mentor and coach staff, partnering with customer-owners to improve oral health and address diseases in Alaska Native communities. Responsibilities

Provide direct clinical dental care to patients
Mentor and coach dental staff within the Nuka System of Care
Partner with customer-owners to treat dental diseases and promote oral health
Support staff development and clinical governance within SCF
Ensure compliance with licensure, staff privileges, and health requirements

Key requirements

Current professional license in Alaska as appropriate
DDS or DMD degree (or equivalent listed)
Three years of clinical dental experience or proven proficiency in a similar SCF role
Eligibility for associate medical staff membership and required privileges
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification; ACLS/NRP/ATLS/ALSO/PALS as applicable to scope of practice
Compliance with Employee Health procedures and required immunizations for Health Care Personnel
