Senior Specialist / Project Manager
Experteer Overview
In this Manager role within the EBA team, you guide strategy, discovery, and implementation of ERP, CRM, and HCM solutions for clients across finance, operations, and services. You bridge business needs with technical design, supporting transformation and operational excellence as part of a collaborative, cross-disciplinary group. You will shape future-state options, document processes, and oversee configuration and project delivery to drive value and competitive advantage. The role offers exposure to diverse industries, a fast-paced environment, and opportunities to mentor junior staff.
Responsibilities
- Participate in strategy, requirements, and solution selection for EBA capabilities
- Document current business applications, processes, and personas impacted
- Identify inefficiencies and opportunities for improvement; develop future-state options
- Design functional solutions for ERP, HCM, CRM contexts to maximize business value
- Perform business process analysis and solution design in client projects
- Support project management tasks: milestones, budget, risks, actions, decisions
- Provide user documentation, training, and help desk support
- Configure and support EBA solutions; manage change requests and post-go-live support
- Foster client service mindset and positive team dynamics
- Travel up to 25% as needed
Key requirements
- Six or more years of ERP systems industry experience or equivalent
- Six or more years of business process analysis and/or business application experience
- Four or more years of ERP or CRM product experience
- Client-facing consulting experience preferred
- One or more current business applications technology certifications preferred
- Experience with ERP/CRM/HCM solutions such as Microsoft Dynamics 365, Salesforce, NetSuite, SAP, or similar
- Strong analytical, facilitation, documentation, and communication skills
