Responsibilities
- Coordinate and align multiple stakeholders to enable strategic deals
- Facilitate cross-functional deal approvals involving Sales, Legal, Business Approvers and Operations
- Research and clarify internal policies to support timely negotiations
- Draft and review contractual documents to ensure compliance and value
- Manage time-critical deadlines with a focus on accurate, well-communicated outcomes
- Build and maintain strong relationships across teams to support continuous improvement
Key requirements
- 3 to 5+ years of experience in drafting and negotiating complex Federal, Public Sector and Commercial contracts
- Experience in high tech, systems integrator, consulting, or professional services preferred
- Experience with Veteran Affairs, Department of Defense, and/or Intelligence Community preferred
- Excellent written, verbal, interpersonal and analytical communication skills
- Organized, detail oriented and time management skills
- Experience drafting and negotiating complex contractual documents
- Ability to work effectively under time critical deadlines
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
