In this role you will help modernize tax service delivery by partnering with tax practitioners, technologists, and stakeholders. You will shape end-to-end engagements across tax compliance and advisory areas, applying agile methods and design thinking to drive improvements. You’ll enable smooth technology adoption, from planning through post-go-live support, contributing to a scalable, value-driven tax service. This position offers impact by aligning processes, people, and technology with Deloitte Tax’s transformation goals.
Responsibilities
- Support project planning and deliver scope on time
- Identify service delivery pain points with tax practitioners and drive improvements
- Perform process analysis and modeling using agile and design thinking
- Collaborate across the technology delivery lifecycle with product/IT and stakeholders
- Execute testing and contribute to business readiness assessments
- Develop learning materials and support deployment planning and go-live
- Provide post-go-live hypercare and drive change management actions
- Assist with legacy system decommissioning
Key requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline
- 3+ years of project delivery and client service experience in tax-related areas
- Ability to prioritize, deliver with quality, and meet deadlines
- Ability to travel up to 10%
- Various professional accreditations/certifications (listed in ad) or in progress or willing to obtain
