In this role you drive digital software delivery for client projects within a growth-focused consultancy. You work with sales and technical teams to shape proposals, define digital solutions, and guide value-focused implementations. You translate business needs into actionable user stories and manage delivery, training, and client enablement during hyper-care. You contribute to product improvement through stakeholder feedback and KPI-driven oversight. This is a hands-on, client-facing position at a firm known for entrepreneurial culture and international opportunities.

Responsibilities

Conduct discovery meetings with clients and support demos
Present technical solutions and craft proposals
Translate requirements into scope and user stories
Perform requirements engineering with business and technical stakeholders
Support proof of value projects
Deliver assigned project deliverables and monitor KPIs
Provide product trainings to clients and act as entry point during hyper-care
Provide feedback to product management for continuous improvement

Key requirements

Bachelor or Master in Business, Computer Science, or related field
Initial professional experience in IT consulting or software implementations
Ability to discuss technical concepts with IT stakeholders and developers (data, interfaces, ERP/CRM, integrations)
Experience with IT project management and agile methodologies
Knowledge of cloud technologies, app development, and AI concepts
Strong communication and stakeholder management across client teams
Proactive, reliable, and collaborative work style
English and German language fluency
Industry knowledge in Consumer Goods, Retail, Wholesale, Industrials or other B2B is a plus
