In this Senior Consultant role within Deloitte’s Financial Services Tax (FSI) team, you support tax regulatory advisory and compliance projects for Swiss and international banks, insurers, asset managers, and related entities. You work on cross-divisional projects, build regulatory knowledge (FATCA, CRS, DAC directives, etc.), and assist with client meetings, research, and proposals. You’ll collaborate internationally while benefiting from a clear career path and ongoing training. This is a hands-on role with meaningful impact in financial services tax.

Responsibilities

Maintain client contact for cross-divisional projects
Conduct regulatory research and prepare client presentations and proposals
Participate in client meetings and support ad-hoc regulatory reviews/audits
Collaborate with international teams on tax regulatory advisory and compliance
Contribute to career development through internal and external training
Support with QI, FATCA, CRS reporting advisories and projects

Key requirements

2–4 years of relevant experience in tax regulatory advisory/compliance (banking/FS)
Participation in QI, FATCA, CRS reviews and advisory projects
Overview of QI, FATCA, CRS reporting requirements
Proficiency in Word, PowerPoint, Excel
Fluent in French and English; Italian is a plus
Willingness to assume responsibility and work in a collaborative, proactive manner
