In this role you drive Switzerland’s AI-enabled digital transformation as a trusted advisor. You work with client C-level leaders, shaping business-IT interfaces and guiding transformation from strategy to implementation. You will lead workstreams, coach junior colleagues, and collaborate with ELCA experts to advance services. Responsibilities

Advise clients and conduct business analysis on transformation initiatives
Facilitate workshops and lead key workstreams or sub-projects
Collaborate with deep-tech experts across ELCA Group (architects, UX, data, cloud, cybersecurity)
Interface with decision-makers and executives across organizational levels
Independently plan and execute workstreams; coach junior colleagues and promote knowledge sharing
Contribute to evolving consulting offerings and maintain client relationships
Support growth and leadership within ELCA Advisory

Key requirements

4-7 years of professional experience in strategy/management consulting or technology consulting
Strong consulting skills with experience on strategic cross-functional projects
Experience preparing and delivering presentations to senior management; skilled facilitator of workshops
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and methodological capabilities
Independent yet collaborative with excellent interpersonal skills
Willingness to travel as required by projects
Master's degree in Business Information Systems, Engineering, or Natural Sciences (or equivalent)
Initial certifications such as TOGAF, COBIT, SAFe, HERMES, CISM
Specific expertise in AI (including Agentic AI), cloud transformation, and public procurement (from strategy to implementation)
Excellent communication in French and English; German a strong plus
