You drive documentation review, change orders, and payments while upholding DSA and healthcare requirements. You will facilitate clear communication among stakeholders to keep projects on track and address issues during site visits. Responsibilities

Manage and oversee all administrative aspects of construction projects from inception to completion
Coordinate with architects, contractors, and healthcare professionals to ensure design and operational requirements are met
Review and process project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and payment applications
Ensure compliance with DSA regulations and healthcare standards throughout the construction process
Facilitate communication between project stakeholders to resolve issues and maintain project timelines
Conduct site visits to monitor progress and address construction-related issues

Key requirements

Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, or a related field
5+ years of experience in construction administration, preferably in healthcare projects
Strong understanding of DSA regulations and healthcare construction processes
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite
