Responsibilities

Provide strategic legal advice to clients and prospects
Analyze documents, regulations, and procedures related to clients’ legal and fiscal opportunities
Evaluate products and solutions and set up/manage corporate and private legal structures
Act as an intermediary between internal and external stakeholders
Contribute as a core team member to sustain the company’s proactive reputation in trust and corporate services

Key requirements

Masters in Dutch Corporate, Fiscal, Notary or Private Law
2-3 years of work experience
Fluent in English and Dutch, written and spoken
Proven experience in financial or legal services
