As Senior Producer in Naughty Dog’s Communications team, you will oversee project management and production for our franchise and studio brand, ensuring a smooth pipeline and strong partner relationships. You will coordinate cross‑department efforts, build and maintain workflows, and drive process improvements to deliver high‑quality assets and events on schedule. You’ll manage multiple streams of work with a wide range of stakeholders, pushing projects to timely completion. This role offers meaningful impact by shaping production pipelines and collaborating with PlayStation and external partners.

Responsibilities

Create and implement production practices and workflows for the Communications team and optimize software use
Build and maintain roadmaps for all projects considering internal resources and review cycles
Track deliverables across multiple pipelines (physical/digital products, content timelines, events) to meet Naughty Dog standards
Clarify expectations and delivery dates with asset providers across teams
Prioritize tasks to ensure efficiency and timeliness
Forecast issues and adjust schedules to meet final due dates
Handle urgent partner requests under pressure, identifying blockers early
Route materials to Naughty Dog, PlayStation, and external partners
Maintain proactive asset tracking and approvals to prevent delays
Build and maintain positive relationships with partners, stakeholders, and vendors
Represent the Communications Team in status updates and schedules

Key requirements

8+ years in production, account, operational, or project management, preferably in games/entertainment/creative agency
Experience closing out one or more AA or AAA games (preferred)
Strong understanding of project management, workflow, and infrastructure
Proven ability to manage multiple streams of work with various stakeholders and approval channels
Ability to handle high volume of assets with tight deadlines while staying organized
Comfort with ambiguity, shifting priorities, and juggling projects
Proactive and creative problem-solving
Experience with Production software (Trello, Excel, Microsoft Project, Miro, Confluence, Wrike, or equivalents) and staying current in role
Excellent verbal and written communication, able to engage with partners and stakeholders
Experience presenting to senior leaders/executives and building trustworthy relationships
Working knowledge of video game production is a plus
