Senior Specialist / Project Manager

Responsibilities

Contribute to evidence generation strategy across Olympus business units
Provide input on product development decisions using clinical evidence
Translate corporate initiatives into actionable operational plans with Global Clinical Leads
Design and execute clinical trials, including protocol and CRF development, data analysis, and reporting
Oversee Investigator Initiated Trials (IIT) and Collaborative Clinical Research (CCR)
Present study updates to internal and external stakeholders and support publications
Support regulatory submissions and facilitate cross-functional communication
Ensure studies comply with Olympus policies and regulatory standards
Engage with sites, investigators, and key opinion leaders to advance studies
Perform additional duties as assigned

Key requirements

BA/BS in life sciences or related field
Minimum 8 years in medical device industry, preferably in Clinical Affairs/Operations or Medical Affairs
Experience in evidence generation strategies
Strong strategic thinking and data analysis abilities
Proven scientific writing skills
Excellent project planning and organization
Innovative, resourceful, and self-directed
Strong communication skills across levels and with external stakeholders
Experience with global cross-functional teams and diverse cultures
Willingness to travel domestically and internationally up to 5–10% and manage global schedule
