Responsibilities

Modernize risk analytics by shifting from legacy reporting to predictive, real-time insights
Lead AI adoption within ORM, evaluating and implementing AI-enabled tools and automated workflows
Steer strategic initiatives across the enterprise to address critical operational challenges
Perform analytical deep-dives into data gaps and emerging risks to inform leadership recommendations
Own end-to-end delivery of analytics initiatives with robust change management for adoption
Foster cross-team partnership with ORM, technology, data science, and risk teams
Produce executive-ready strategy documents, board updates, and leadership guidance
Provide people leadership to build and leverage a high-performing team and business partners
Demonstrate strong executive communication to influence decisions and drive outcomes
Maintain a results-focused mindset to execute in a fast-paced, fluid environment
Thrive in a dynamic, entrepreneurial setting with a track record of delivering results

Key requirements

Bachelor's degree
At least 3 years of quantitative analysis
At least 3 years of qualitative analysis
At least 1 year of people management
At least 1 year of project management
