Responsibilities

  • Master and sell all service lines in collaboration with technical teams
  • Conduct strategic prospecting and leverage referrals/industry events
  • Cold call target prospects matching client profile
  • Monitor regulatory developments (RCRA, OSHA) to offer tailored advice
  • Build long-term relationships with key decision-makers in target industries
  • Utilize CRM to manage pipelines and track progress
  • Maintain high sales activity within assigned region; 40% travel
  • Support revenue growth through cross-functional alignment

Key requirements

  • 5-7+ years of consultative sales experience in Environmental Services (preferred)
  • Experience with Consultative Sales methodology
  • Knowledge of environmental compliance/regulations or willingness to become SME
  • Self-starter with urgency and accountability
  • Bachelor’s degree in relevant fields
  • Valid driver’s license and ability to work in the United States without sponsorship
