Responsibilities

Structure and place representations & warranties insurance policies
Advise and service private equity funds and corporate clients on R&W solutions
Manage client relationships and coordinate with underwriters
Assess risk, negotiate terms, and close policy placements
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to tailor coverage for complex deals
Stay current on market developments and pricing in R&W insurance
Support business development within the Transaction Risk practice

Key requirements

Experience in representations & warranties insurance market (R&W)
Senior broker or underwriting background in transactional risk
Strong client-facing and advisory capabilities
Proven ability to structure and place complex policies
