Experteer Overview
In this role you will install, service and support Honeywell BMS systems across sites in and around London, with travel across the South West and beyond. You’ll lead commissioning, maintenance and reactive tasks to keep building controls operating efficiently. You will work with cross-functional teams to deliver energy-saving and safety-focused outcomes for customers. This is a field-based position with emphasis on rapid fault resolution and strong customer relationships. You’ll be part of a brand-led, growth-focused team driving safer, more energy-efficient buildings.

Responsibilities
- carry out installations, quoted works and project support for BMS systems
- perform planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive/out-of-hours support
- commission and interrogate BMS controllers and field control systems
- modify and interrogate BMS software, strategies and systems
- monitor and adjust energy-saving measures across building services
- develop and maintain strong customer relations at various sites
- execute commissioning of small automation and controls projects
- troubleshoot and fault-find to resolve complex BMS issues quickly
Key requirements
- experience with BMS systems and controls, ideally Niagara framework
- proficiency with BACnet, M-Bus and Modbus protocols
- strong knowledge of HVAC operation and maintenance
- health and safety awareness and risk assessment
- ability to troubleshoot and resolve reactive works efficiently
- excellent written and verbal communication for reports and client relations
- willingness to travel to customer sites in the South West and beyond
