  • Orchestrate the B2B sales cycle with cross‑functional collaboration
  • Advance omnichannel growth by connecting online and offline activities
  • Optimize the B2B customer journey on the L’Oréal Partnershop to improve conversion, basket size, and order frequency
  • Lead pilot projects and align local needs with overall strategy as central point of contact for EU HQ
  • Analyze sales data and KPIs and create reports to inform strategic decisions

Key requirements

  • Deep knowledge of B2B e‑commerce and O+O dynamics
  • Strong stakeholder influence across European-level organizations
  • Analytical mastery to translate data into actionable strategy
