In this role you will handle Employment Law matters, focusing on PAGA and Wage & Hour claims for individuals and class actions. You will take depositions, participate in mediations, and lead trial preparation while drafting high-quality legal documents. You will also mentor Junior Associates to strengthen the practice. Compensation / Benefits
- Competitive salary 180k-250k

Tasks
- Manage cases in Employment Law, including PAGA and Wage & Hour claims, for individuals and classes
- Conduct depositions and participate in mediations
- Lead trial preparation and draft legal documents
- Provide leadership and mentorship to Junior Associates
Key requirements
- Experience in Employment Law with plaintiff representation preferred
- Strong writing skills
