Responsibilities
- Design, simulate, and measure HV analog and mixed-signal circuits for power management, sensors, actuators, and LED lighting
- Engage in system-level definition and specification discussions
- Verify development steps and maintain thorough documentation
- Contribute to product concepts, architectures, and acquisition activities
- Support debugging and failure analysis processes
- Drive improvements in development processes, methodologies, and tools
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery of high-quality products
Key requirements
- University degree in Electronics, Communication/Computer Technology, or Physics
- Strong expertise in analog IC design and simulation of analog and mixed-signal ICs up to top level
- In-depth knowledge of CMOS, HV-CMOS, and BCD processes
- Proficiency with Cadence or Synopsys, and measurement equipment/techniques
- Familiarity with automotive development processes and IATF 16949 standards
- Innovative mindset, reliability, and strong teamwork in cross-cultural environment
- Fluency in English; German is a plus
