As Senior AI Product Manager, you own the end-to-end AI value stream within Design & Tools. You will translate user needs into proactive AI-powered solutions, leading data scientists to build predictive and prescriptive models. You help automate workflows and improve agent and partner efficiencies in a safety-focused mission. You’ll collaborate with global stakeholders and drive a clear product roadmap that delivers measurable ROI.

Responsibilities

Define strategy, vision, and roadmap for AI initiatives to meet business goals
Prioritize features using user feedback, impact, and feasibility; track metrics and ROI
Collaborate with global stakeholders and drive requirements with Salesforce and ServiceNow Product Managers
Communicate delivered value to leadership and manage product launches
Identify high-impact AI use cases in customer care and plan features for automation
Develop AI project charters and obtain stakeholder buy-in for new initiatives

Key requirements

Generative & Conversational AI to power chatbots and virtual agents
Natural Language Processing (NLP) for sentiment analysis and topic modeling
Cloud computing experience with AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure
Experience with ServiceNow & Salesforce integrations
Customer Care Operations experience and data science leadership
Strong communication under pressure and time management skills
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or an IT-related field; 5+ years product/program management or team leadership
Legal authorization to work in the U.S. without employer sponsorship
