In this role you will help shape Dynatrace’s product by translating AI trends into features and processes. You will work closely with the CTO and product leadership to drive development and validate technical proposals, balancing deep engineering work with forward-looking product initiatives. You will analyze technology and market trends to derive valuable propositions and improve user experience and workflows. This is a hands-on, impact-oriented opportunity in a leading AI-powered observability platform with potential for leadership growth after year one.

Responsibilities

Provide technical advice across the product lifecycle, from concept to development
Learn the product to validate technical proposals and internal use cases
Analyze technology and market trends to derive valuable propositions
Combine deep technical work with future-facing product development
Present evidence-based technical recommendations and implementation plans to senior leadership
Identify improvements in user experience and operational workflows
Set personal goals derived from assigned topics
Envision customer operational scenarios to anticipate issues before production

Key requirements

10+ years’ experience
Software-architecture background (mandatory)
Hands-on cloud-native experience (containers, orchestration, cloud services)
Hyperscaler familiarity a plus
Solid knowledge of AI technologies and market trends
Strong Systems thinking and structured communication
Ability to apply technical knowledge to internal use cases and product topics
