In this role you drive strategic, consultative sales with senior executives in Fortune-class accounts. You’ll use research and insights to shape client solutions and expand contract value, while collaborating with analysts and cross-functional teams. You’ll build trust, manage forecasts, and pursue new opportunities to grow both client outcomes and revenue. This is a mission-driven, growth-focused position in a collaborative, executive-facing environment.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with director and C-level clients as a trusted advisor using the company’s research on emerging technologies and customer experience
  • Collaborate with industry analysts and ecosystem partners to deliver prescriptive client solutions
  • Maintain weekly/daily metrics and achieve quota
  • Produce accurate forecasts
  • Uncover key business initiatives and engage cross-functional buying centers
  • Develop sales opportunities to increase contract value and customer retention
  • Maintain and build relationships with executive-level contacts to understand business needs and identify opportunities
  • Develop understanding of the company’s products and services to align solutions with client needs

Key requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • At least five years’ relevant/consultative sales experience
  • Experience selling business services to senior professionals in a competitive market is a plus
  • Ability and willingness to make cold calls and book meetings
  • Proven experience in new-business development, quota attainment, and managing personal sales strategies
  • Effective presentation, organization, and time management skills
  • Fast learner comfortable with technology
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
