Responsibilities

Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers at client organizations
Understand client needs and provide consultative guidance on the Market Intelligence solutions
Drive revenue growth through renewals, upsell, and cross-sell opportunities
Collaborate with product, marketing, and customer support to ensure client satisfaction and onboarding
Stay abreast of industry trends, regulatory changes, and competitive landscape to provide actionable insights
Deliver product demonstrations, training, and presentations to clients

Key requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field
Proven experience in account management or sales within Energy & Materials
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Familiarity with S&P Global Market Intelligence products is a plus
