Responsibilities

  • Lead licensing growth and expansion across a high-value portfolio of partners
  • Establish and leverage a network to acquire new licensing clients
  • Maintain a consultative approach to understand partner goals and market dynamics
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual targets including revenue growth
  • Generate and qualify new business pipeline; manage pipeline efficiently
  • Apply MEDDICC framework to qualify opportunities and drive deal progression
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support partner success and product value
  • Build and maintain multi-stakeholder relationships across the partnership lifecycle

Key requirements

  • Sports industry knowledge and understanding of football and sports licensing landscape
  • Excellent communication across executives to end users; trusted advisor
  • Proactive, data-driven mindset; monitor usage metrics and market trends
  • Organised, able to handle high-volume conversations across multiple channels and accounts
  • Experience with MEDDICC or similar qualification framework
  • Ability to manage a full sales cycle and meet quotas
