In this role you will provide comprehensive psychiatric care across inpatient and intensive outpatient settings within a physician-led, multidisciplinary group. You will evaluate, diagnose, and treat adults and adolescents, coordinating treatment across multiple program sites. You’ll lead treatment planning and collaborate with a care team to deliver high-quality outcomes. Responsibilities
- Conduct initial and diagnostic psychiatric evaluations
- Perform medication evaluations and management
- Provide inpatient and intensive outpatient treatment across multiple sites
- Lead admission evaluations, treatment planning, and care team activities
- Monitor medications and conduct medical exams for treatment
- Document and maintain compliant patient records and interventions
- Engage in administrative duties related to patient care
Key requirements
- MD or DO degree
- Board certified or board eligible (certification within 3 years)
- Completed residency in psychiatry; board eligible
- Ability to prescribe psychiatric medications
- Ability to work in a multidisciplinary environment
