Responsibilities

Build trust-based relationships with senior stakeholders and position Accenture as a strategic partner
Oversee security project and program delivery to ensure smooth execution and client satisfaction
Drive commercial opportunities by leveraging industry knowledge and client relationships
Collaborate across teams and geographies to deliver end-to-end security solutions
Define and manage security strategies addressing operational resilience, regulatory compliance, digital transformation, cost optimization, and M&A
Lead business development activities including proposals, client presentations, and market visibility
Coach and mentor junior security professionals to foster growth and excellence

Key requirements

Degree in Security, Information Management, Computer Science, or related field (preferred)
7+ years of experience in Security with focus on Financial Services
Proven commercial experience identifying and driving business opportunities
Strong network and relationships within Financial Services
Experience in project management and consultancy with delivery excellence
Knowledge in Cyber Strategy, Cyber Governance and Data & AI Security
Fluent in Dutch and English
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a collaborative mindset
