Experteer Overview
In this role you will support all client deliverables for Private Equity fund administration, managing data, valuations, and reporting. You will work with cross-functional teams to ensure timely, accurate outputs and adherence to controls. You’ll engage with auditors, tax, and risk teams while enhancing processes to mitigate operational risk. This is a hands-on, client-facing position that contributes to a leading, global fund administration platform.

Responsibilities
- Support all aspects of client deliverables for Private Equity fund administration clients, including managing timelines and issue resolution
- Stay current with industry standards and seek opportunities to improve efficiency and reduce risk
- Coordinate with risk, audit, compliance, implementation, investor relations, and operations
- Adhere to control framework and internal policies
- Participate in ad hoc client projects and internal initiatives
- Mentor and oversee staff on technical topics and client issues
- Review fund governing documents to assess impact on reporting deliverables and ensure compliance
Key requirements
- CA or CPA with 8+ years of Private Equity fund experience in a fund administration or related role
- Knowledge of US GAAP for Investment Funds
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or MBA
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities
- Strong attention to detail and proactive approach
- Team player with problem solving, communication, and client service skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially advanced MS Excel
