In this role you support SCIB lending portfolios by monitoring credit quality, covenants, collateral, and lifecycle events. You will work across Infrastructure Finance, Structured Finance, Leveraged Finance, and Investment Grade lending to ensure timely, high-quality monitoring and to help scale a first-line portfolio framework. You’ll collaborate with Front Office, Risk, Operations, and Legal to resolve issues and improve processes. Responsibilities

Prepare drafts and analyses for quarterly/annual credit reviews, focusing on borrower performance, covenants, collateral and risk commentary.
Perform credit spreading, ratio analysis, and variance analysis using financial statements and internal systems.
Maintain portfolio review calendars and deliverable trackers; ensure evidence is available for assigned portfolios.
Track reporting deliverables, financial and non-financial covenants, borrowing base requirements and collateral/insurance obligations; escalate issues as needed.
Support amendments, waivers, consents, extensions and other lifecycle events; coordinate across teams for approvals and documentation changes.
Prepare recurring portfolio reports, covenant dashboards and collateral monitoring updates; support internal controls and audits.
Collaborate with Front Office, Credit, Risk, Agency, Operations and Finance to obtain data and resolve monitoring issues; train analysts on tools and standards.

Key requirements

Bachelor degree or equivalent work experience
Working knowledge of credit analysis, financial statements, portfolio monitoring, covenant tracking, collateral monitoring and lending documentation
Exposure to Infrastructure/Structured/Leveraged Finance, IG or GTB lending preferred
Strong analytical, organizational and written communication skills
Proficiency in financial spreading, covenant calculations and portfolio tracking
Strong Excel skills and familiarity with credit, covenant, loan and reporting systems
Ability to manage deadlines and escalate issues clearly
