In this role, you will help design and implement warehouse and transportation processes within a global SAP S/4HANA transformation. You will partner with North America stakeholders and global teams to balance regional needs with a standardized template and governance model. You will contribute across the full implementation lifecycle, from fit-to-standard design to deployment and hypercare. This is an opportunity to shape end-to-end I2D processes in a global logistics context and drive value across industries served by FUCHS.
Responsibilities
- Represent regional requirements in a global SAP S/4HANA solution design while aligning with the global template and governance
- Support end-to-end Inventory to Deliver processes across warehouse and transportation during ECC to S/4HANA deployment
- Configure and support SAP EWM processes including inbound, outbound, picking, staging, and shipping
- Configure and support SAP TM processes including planning, execution, tendering, freight orders, and freight settlement
- Support EWM-TM-SD integration and collaborate on master data, interfaces, and non-SAP integrations (e.g., MES, ASRS)
- Participate in fit-to-standard workshops, system testing (SIT/UAT), cutover activities, and hypercare
Key requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of SAP functional experience in logistics, supply chain, or manufacturing
- Hands-on experience with SAP EWM and SAP TM
- ECC to S/4HANA implementation experience, preferably global or greenfield
- Experience with global templates and governance models
- Knowledge of trade compliance, dangerous goods, export, and logistics docs
- Experience with SAP BN4L preferred
- ASRS or automated warehouse experience a plus
- Strong communication and cross-team collaboration skills
- Ability to travel up to 20% and work in a hybrid environment
