Experteer Overview

In this role you deliver expert SAP PP support within an AMS setting, handling Level 2/3 incident resolution and root-cause analysis to stabilize production planning and execution. You will optimize planning, scheduling, and MES integration, working across SAP modules and with S/4HANA where applicable. You’ll partner with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements and share expertise through user training and documentation. This position offers the chance to influence production performance in a managed services environment and contribute to ongoing SAP platform migrations.

Responsibilities

Provide Level 2/3 SAP PP support including incident management and root-cause analysis
Optimize production planning, execution processes and MES integration
Configure and tune MRP runs, demand management, BOMs, routings and work centers
Handle capacity planning, scheduling and resource optimization
Integrate SAP PP with SD, MM, QM and FI/CO modules
Work with S/4HANA PP and contribute to migration activities
ABAP and FIORI Apps debugging and enhancement
User training, documentation creation and day-to-day end-user support
Identify and implement process improvements in production planning and document management
Operate in a managed services environment with SLAs and ticket handling
