In this role you enable the implementation of domestic and export sales order management processes within the iShift program, delivering standardized end-to-end processes across regions. You will work with Global Process Leads and the Business System Owner team to ensure system design aligns with business needs and drives adoption. You lead change management, support testing with key users, and help shape ongoing process improvements. This is a senior, impact-driven opportunity to scale Order to Serve capabilities in a global context.

Responsibilities

Lead and develop a team of domestic and export order management experts and analysts
Oversee data gathering, validation, and gap analysis for assigned geographies
Translate business requirements into functional specifications and drive design reviews
Coordinate with Global Process Leads for process design, improvements, and sign-off
Develop and execute K-user engagement, testing schedules, and defect prioritization
Manage stakeholder mapping, implementation roadmaps, and KPI development
Provide advanced hypercare support and ensure smooth transition to BAU
Lead change management activities and stakeholder engagement across functions

Key requirements

7–10 years of experience in Order Management processes
Proven experience leading transformation programs
Extensive SAP implementation experience, with S/4HANA exposure
In-depth understanding of supply chain and order-to-cash processes
Minimum 3 years of people management experience
Experience in leading and developing order management teams
Track record of performance improvement
