In this role, you drive SAP-based Finance Transformation initiatives for leading clients in the Industrial Equipment sector. You will shape end-to-end finance solutions, align with client business goals, and articulate AI-enabled SAP capabilities to unlock value. You’ll work closely with senior finance leaders and cross-functional teams to define roadmaps and deliver transformational outcomes at scale. This position offers exposure to cutting-edge SAP platforms, advisory work, and global delivery. Travel may be required for client engagements.
Responsibilities
- Engage with senior Finance executives to discuss business challenges and SAP value
- Lead the definition of SAP journey through business cases and roadmaps, including sales origination
- Architect end-to-end finance solutions leveraging SAP, custom apps and partner add-ons
- Explain SAP Business AI strategy and identify AI-enabled value areas
- Deploy AI use cases within SAP delivery to improve efficiency and delivery
- Advise and design finance solutions using industry and tech best practices
- Lead large project teams and drive transformational roadmaps on-site or remotely
- Maintain current knowledge on regulations, trends, and innovations across expertise area
- Build assets, thought leadership and best practices to develop transformation experts
- Travel as required to client locations
Key requirements
- Minimum 7 years as SAP Functional Solution Architect and Process Integration Lead with finance process depth
- Minimum 7 years of SAP experience with Industrial clients
- Minimum 4 years SAP Finance Integrations with cross-functional areas
- At least 3 end-to-end SAP S/4 implementations in industrial projects
- Experience managing SAP delivery teams in a Global Delivery Model
- Prior advisory/consulting experience
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years of work experience)
