In this role you’ll drive SAP-based Finance transformation programs for Consumer Goods clients, shaping end-to-end SAP journeys and value cases. You will work with senior finance leaders to translate goals into actionable roadmaps, architectures, and delivery plans. You’ll lead cross-functional teams, embed AI capabilities in SAP solutions, and advocate best practices to accelerate transformation at scale. This role offers high visibility, global delivery, and the chance to influence how leading companies run their finance functions. You will collaborate across Accenture and client teams to deliver measurable business impact.
Responsibilities
- Engage with senior Finance executives to discuss business challenges and SAP value
- Lead development of SAP journey roadmaps and business cases, including sales origination and proposals
- Architect end-to-end Finance solutions leveraging SAP, custom apps, and partner add-ons
- Explain SAP Business AI strategy and identify areas where AI adds value
- Deploy AI use cases within SAP delivery to improve efficiency and explain the impact
- Advise, design and deliver Finance solutions using industry best practices and SAP innovations
- Lead large project teams to deliver transformational roadmaps, onsite or remote
- Stay current on regulations, trends, and innovations to act as trusted advisor
- Develop assets, thought leadership, and best practices for transformation initiatives
- Travel as required to meet client needs
Key requirements
- Minimum 7 years as SAP Functional Solution Architect and Process Integration Lead with Finance focus in Consumer Goods
- Minimum 7 years of SAP projects in Consumer Goods; SAP support/managed services not eligible
- At least 4 years SAP Finance Integrations with cross-functional areas
- Minimum 3 end-to-end SAP S/4 implementations for Consumer Goods projects
- Experience leading SAP delivery teams in a Global Delivery Model with workshops, design decisions, build, test, cutover, go-live in SAP Supply Chain
- Prior advisory/consulting experience
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent (12 years of work)
